Trick and Treat
T'and'T Baby, So I drank all the booze on Halloween 2018. from what I remember it was a dark roasting, fire pop'n, Cinnamon roll'n holiday ale, 10 Gallons of it. It's called T'and'T because of the cinnamon notes that made it pop! Plus it's like Trick and Treat, so its a double play both T'n'T for dynamite and Trick and Treat because it was during Halloween.
Everyone seemed to like it at the Halloween party. I gave like 8 pints of it away in bottles. It didn't take long for Sarah and I to kill the keg, like maybe 5 days.
There's not much here to say about it other than it was of course spectacular. Oh yeah a funny note is that for those bottles I put two carbonation drops into each. So I was only suppose to drop one, this made it super carbonated which you can see in the video posted below.
Well one more note about this fire roasted holiday ale is that although it wasn't my best and it wasn't the cleanest tasting, it was one that people are going to remember. Only a select few ever got to experience this unique taste, it will never be duplicated again because of the specific elements that go one in my garage when I brewed this up. I'm talking air temp, pressure, hard vs. soft boiling, type of water, dog supervision, time distortion. All these can effect taste and I'm for sure no one ever again will have the pleasure of dipping their tongue into such astonishing amazement.
I did however give one beer to my co-worker Luke, he said he enjoyed it and found it delightful. So that's a win. Anytime I can give some BueBeer away and they said they enjoyed it, I feel that I'm doing something right in the world.
